Lanzarote
On two occasions, in 2014 and 2015, I was fortunate to be able to spend time as an artist in residence in Lanzarote, one of the Canary Islands. I was fascinated by the extraordinary colours and configuration of the island's volcanic terrain. These are part of a series of abstract landscapes that I produced, using acrylic paints on paper.
